  I've been attending CLC for over 10 years now. I was used to a smaller church (around 100 people), and so there was definitely an adjustment period of getting use to the style and tempo of a 2000 member church! But, what attracts me most to CLC is the heart for service and missional living that is emphasized. At CLC, we teach that we do not live for ourselves, but we are the salt and light of this world.
  
  If you come to CLC and you make an effort to get involved and get connected, you'll find people who, though far from perfect, are trying to live for the glory of God!

  Sunday service theme - Honoring God. Pastor Ryan Day's excellent message in how we can honor God Almighty in our daily lives. Witnessing to believers or non believers alike, the message remains the same: God changes lives and is bigger and greater than all situations and sinfulness, HE can change and transform the most broken of spirits, but you must believe! "Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of Heavens Armies! The whole earth is filled with His glory!"

  The messages are in-depth but easy to follow along and apply to your own life. The staff is very welcoming. You can tell the church really cares about their community and helping one another.

  WE love CLC! My children are estatic to go to KidsLife. We also love Wednesday night small groups and 1st Wednesday prayer and praise. We came from a small church atmosphere but we don't feel that we are overwhelmed by the size because of the small groups and serving. Love Dayton is an amazing opportunity for the entire family to serve and help restore the community both spiritually and naturally. CLC is home and we love the leader and his vision. Our favorite is that he loves to share is platform and serve throughout the entire world.
