  My Grandmother passed away in February and the level of service, caring, and overall compassion from everyone was amazing. They were all so nice from the owner to the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed and that everything was perfect. The entire family was so grateful for this. I even had friends comment that they would use them because of how nice the staff was to everyone and how nice it was in general.
  Thank you Tommy Routsong and staff for treating my Grandmother and her family and friends like they were your family and friends.

  I don't go to many funerals.
  The services usually creep me out.
  
  The guys and gal at Routsong performed a great service for my cousin; no plastic smiles or sinister impersonal coldness that I expected...
  
  Just well-intentioned goodness and genuine warmth.
  Exceptional!
  Everything arranged up til the last minute with family: seamless, smooth and heartwarming presentation.
