The St. Andrew's Clothing Room is one of the few places in Dayton that will try to help someone, regardless of who they are. If you have clothes to donate, give them to St. Andrew's, because you know they'll go to someone in need.

This is a amazing church in the heart of Dayton. I can't say enough good things truly. Grace brought me here a bit more than a year ago for several months.
The spirt and word that Christ taught is truly alive there. One need only look to there works in there community to see proof that there faith is alive and well.
From there community outreach with clothes and food, to taking on refugees into there congregation with open arms. As a added example this congregation had a choice between air conditioning there church or donating the money to the needy. One need not guess what our brothers and sisters did. They did as they were taught.
Not sure if father Jim is still there but he was a good man who I will always be thankful for meeting. I was traveling for work when I met him. It was Easter Sunday. He found out that I had no where to celebrate Easter at. So what did he do? He invited me to dine with him and his lovely family. Although I was far from home Christ sat me at a table with my brothers and sisters. The values in action here are proof that the salt has not lost its flavor.Added March 10, 2017 by joshua reist-connor - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★
